My stay was homely, from the delightful personalized breakfast ordered just for me, to the cosy and clean Superior Double Room that made me feel right at home. The thoughtful touches, like free parking across the road and ear plugs for a peaceful night's sleep, were genuine enhancements to my experience. I truly felt welcomed by the host, who made it a point to ensure everything was to my liking, adding to the homely atmosphere.

Delicious breakfast and perfect location
I had a delightful stay with the welcoming host. The breakfast was quite impressive, offering a hearty selection that really set me up for the day. My room on the top floor was spacious, clean, and had comfy chairs for relaxation. Although the mattress was a bit soft for my liking, it didn't prevent me from having a restful sleep.

We had an amazing time with friends! The room was spacious and very clean. Loved the stocked tea and coffee options. Breakfast was a real treat, and Sharon made sure we had everything we needed. You have to check out the nearby theatre and gardens. both were highlights of our trip!
Parking was a bit tricky at check-in, but it didn't ruin our great experience.

The Carlton is a delightful stay! The location is just a 10-minute walk to the river and town centre, with a lovely large room featuring a comfy bed. Breakfast is a treat with an exceptional full English, including locally sourced bacon and free-range eggs. Plus, the convenient free parking just across the road is a bonus!

Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before and was amazing. Our room was quiet and spotless despite being near a busy road. There are lovely comfy chairs to relax in and a cozy little reading nook that adds to the charm. The only small drawback was that the bathroom could use a bit more space, but it didn't really take away from our enjoyment. 😊

Perfect for exploring!
We loved our stay! Our room was super cozy and had a lovely balcony to enjoy morning coffee. Sharon was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Oh, and breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade pastries! Just a heads up, check-in was a bit tricky with parking, but it didn't put a damper on our time.
